It's already been added to the skin by the team. I'm not sure if it made it into the v1.02, but if you know how to update via SVN, you can get the latest version there with the lyrics. You of course have to add the script yourself..

I have downloaded the updated Translation.xml and XBMC Lyrics but there's no option in the Music OSD menu to launch the script. blink.gif
However I can succesfully launch it from the Scripts section.

you would need more than just the translate.xml, translate just deals with labels mainly, while the lyrics thing is a whole new button

So consider that I have the script, lyrics-focus.png and lyrics-nofocus.png.
What do I have to edit in MusicOSD.xml?
Where do I have to place the above PNGs?
Please post both PAL and PAL16x9 versions.

OK I am starting to get used to Tortoise and I have downloaded the missing files.
I replaced the MusicOSD in the PAL and PALx16 folders and added those missing lines to Translate.xml.
What I need to know now is where EXACTLY do I have to place the video-osd-button-lyrics-FO.png and video-osd-button-lyrics-NF.png files? blink.gif

Cr4z33, why you being so stupid?

Jezz already told you to download the whole SVN and click the build.bat. When thats done there is an fresh build waiting in the 'build' folder, just ftp to your xbox, delete the old mc360 (by changing to PM3 first) then upload the new built version.

This is very simple and there is even a How-To in the same folder. Try following instructions because I am sure this thread is about 5 posts longer than it needs to be.

Rofl you were actually raw, but you were also right. laugh.gif
Sorry mate, but I was a SVN nab and I have now completely done the building process.
Believe me or not the button is still NOT there in the OSD Music menu.
I checked with XPR Express and the PNGs are in XPR, MusicOSD.xml is properly edited and so is Translation.xml.
Check the screenshot yourself. huh.gif

Open the guide blade (press start) go into "Personal Settings \ Addon script Option" then enable XBMC Lyrics in Music OSD button

Also make sure you actually have the script installed it dosn't come with mc360

That was the part I was missing!
Thanks for all your patience, it's working like a charm now. IPB Image

For everybody else willing to use the Lyrics feature:
  1. Install TortoiseSVN.
  2. Connect with it to https://OpenSVN.csie.org/teamblackbolt_public.
  3. Install the updated XBMC Lyrics script. You find the link into the SVN Log window.
  4. Download the MC360 source and build it with the BUILD.BAT batch file
  5. Replace the whole MC360 folder in XBMC with that new build.
  6. Run MC360, open the guide blade (press start) go into "Personal Settings \ Addon script Option" then enable XBMC Lyrics in Music OSD button as Jezz_X said.
Here a screenshot of how it looks:
