The best way to get Youtube on your xbox IMO along with Dailymotion, Google, etc on XBMC is that you just have to use the latest xbmcfox firefox plugin and this site:

I haven't been able to contact the author so I have a bugfixed version hosted here:

It would still be streaming on the xbox, as far as I can tell the xbox just creates a temporary file to play off of and it gets deleted afterward.

Just install that firefox plugin and make sure you have the web server enabled in your XBMC network settings. Set your xbox's IP in the options for the XBMCfox plugin also. Get a downloadable link off the other site I linked to, right click on it, and hit the "send to xbmc" button to get it working. The xbox will do the rest.

Lol, xbmcfox is a firefox plugin (open it in firefox). There are no scripts that you have to install on your xbox. With the server enabled in xbmc you get an http interface that allows you to command the xbox remotely (such as through the plugin)

don't need a plugin
use this bookmarklet in firefox

[url=java script:var download_url = 'http://youtube.com/get_video?video_id='; var playerDiv = document.getElementById('movie_player'); var flashvars = document.evaluate("attribute::flashvars", playerDiv, null, XPathResult.STRING_TYPE, null).stringValue; var t_id = flashvars.match(/t=([^(\&|$)]*)/)[1]; var video_id = flashvars.match(/video_id=([^(\&|$)]*)/)[1]; var video_url = download_url + video_id + '&t=' + t_id;var esc_url = escape(video_url); var w=window.open('http://192.168.1.4/xbmcCmds/xbmcHttp?command=PlayFile&parameter='+esc_url);]Send to XBMC[/url]

CODE
java script:var download_url = 'http://youtube.com/get_video?video_id='; var playerDiv = document.getElementById('movie_player'); var flashvars = document.evaluate("attribute::flashvars", playerDiv, null, XPathResult.STRING_TYPE, null).stringValue; var t_id = flashvars.match(/t=([^(\&|$)]*)/)[1]; var video_id = flashvars.match(/video_id=([^(\&|$)]*)/)[1]; var video_url = download_url + video_id + '&t=' + t_id;var esc_url = escape(video_url); var w=window.open('http://192.168.1.4/xbmcCmds/xbmcHttp?command=PlayFile&parameter='+esc_url);

change IP to suit

when viewing video, just click it.
