I have a spider Chip v1.1 with an xbox v1.6b and The when i start the xbox it blinks green two -three times slowly, then begins to blink red fast. Any ideas on what I should do. the same thing happens when i turn the chip off?

Check all of your connections between the chip and the motherboard. I had to solder the little pogo pins on the bottom of the chip to the LPC to keep it from coming loose and keeping a stable connection.
