I just got my ps3. I first tested it with my hdmi to vga adapter and it looked fine on my lcd monitor. Then, (after pulling teeth to get it back into component mode) I got it hooked up to my tv via some ps2 component video cables I had. The picture is horrible. at 480p theres slight ghosting, at 1080i theres huge ghosting, very bad. I have it going into a Pelican 8 source component switcher, feeding my tv. I have an upscaling dvd player, a sat tv going through a Briteveiw scaler, and an Xbox 360 also going into the switcher and all pumping out 1080i with great picture so I know it's the ps3's problem.

Anyone recommend a better/shielded set of component cables that work better than the ps2 cables?
