Great tut man, helped me fix my problem. I was getting and error code, #64 and then when i unsoldered the chip, it worked fine. So then i installed it according to your guide. I dont like how on the NME site they dont have a good tutorial, its their product, they should have a better one. Well kudos to you, now mine is fixed after i resoldered everything back.
I do have the power off immediately problem though, is this bad for my xbox 360? Cause i dont know what is causing it. I looked at your trouble shooting guide, but it doesnt help much on telling me what to look for. Could you explain a little more thoroghly (or however its spelled). Thanks man.

The information in that guide is now all relatively known...its a little old to tell you the truth. Just install your chip with the regular guides from your chip manufacturer's website, and I will gladly give you advice if you so happen to run into a problem.

Uhh Old? really? There hasn't been any advancements in the chips since this guide was written (sans infectus but thats beyond the scope of this guide and basic 'boot my backup' chips.)

Sorry, I didnt mean it to sound that harsh! I was trying to say that the guides been around for a while and that most, if not all, of that information has been talked about many times over the last few months. I guess I thought wrong when I assumed no one needed a guide anymore, but then again, there are the n00bs right?
