I think what some people are getting at is the sync button is filled in, without it you can't really do alot in the way of making other controllers work with your 360, or better yet when you need to, do your own controller.
The only way its going to work easily, is if you remove the faceplate then press the button.
I hope you fiberglassed / did something to the back of the faceplate before you filled it in with that filler, if you didn't expect it to crack out in the very near future, most likely when putting the faceplate back on the 360, or removing it.
I agree though, i do often have an eye for perfection, and i can still see memory card slots 1+2 and the sync button for the wireless, i can't say i managed to spot the IR sensor area, but the light isn't shining on that area as well.
Also, i hope that isn't your final colour and you didn't use any primer? you didn't mention this stage, you may get away with it, but for best results, always use a primer!
If your hoping another coat or two of paint will fix your problems then you need to start looking to fix it the right way, there is nothing worse than paint for showing the problems you have.
As above, the best way would now be to start doing abit of wet sanding, if the edges stand proud to the faceplate feather those back in and you'll be alright, but looking at it, i'd say the faceplate plastic still stands proud of those areas, in which case more filler is required then re-sanding.
Other than this, youve done pretty well so far, from what i can see the paint looks to have been sprayed on nicely, which is always a good sign

Anyway if you do the recommendations i'm sure if youve taken the required steps already you'll have a real nice looking faceplate soon.
I hope you don't take this the wrong way, as this is wrote as help and further thoughts to make it better.
Cheers
