....perhaps this question belongs in newbie chat.

It was closed on the backup forum because it was deemed that I hadn't searched for the answer. Well, I did search and I am only posting to get confirmation before spending any money.

Of course no one can say for sure that the backups will play, but would I be right in saying that a Pioneer 111D/112D and Verbatim DL DVD+R (MKM001) is about the most reliable combo for burning backups to use in a Hitachi 47D?
