That would be good if the 360 controller actually had a good d-pad. The sixaxis d-pad is much better.

The 360 controller is more comfortable but the d-pad is completely useless and I don't know anyone who would disagree. I'd take functionality over comfort any day. Give me a 360 controller with a playstation d-pad and I'd be completely satisfied, along with everyone else I know. Microsoft knows their d-pad sucks ass but they won't produce a better one, so long as they're selling they don't give a shit.

wow this got on the xs front page wast of webspace. im not joking hear i have been doing that for the last 5 years. bewein swaping parts from a ps2 controler into my xbox controlers and vice versa. funny thing is if you put the ps2 anlong sticks into a xbox orignal controler and yes they snap on fine no mods needed you can acully run faster in halo 2 couse it makes the 360s anlong a bit more responsiv couse they are slightly smaller then the xboxes. guess i shoulda posted this 5 years ago lol i wulda been on the front page woot lol. the parts from a ps2 controler and a xbox controler are so simler they swap out easly. i dont knoe abought a 360 controler and a ps3 but by how they both look the desine probly hasent changed that mutch but i never had a 360 controler die there built like bricks. but as for my systems i have revived many dead controlers by extanging working parts from other dead contolers.

you can pull the flowwing from eyther a ps2 controler or a xbox controler and interchange them.

1. anlong sticks
2. rumbel moters.
3. buttions.
4. rubber contact points used to make contact with the bord for the buttions.
5. connection cable but that does take a bit of cutting and rewiring to change the conncters and wire up the controler. and sony and ms coler codes are diffrent ittakes tirel and error there.

this should go into the PS3 forums because its a ps3 controller mod. more to do with PS# than a 360. Ben does stuff like this because he likes the challenge (I.E. the 360 laptop and all the portables). I think its great end product even though I have no interest in the PS3.

Anyone else think he looks extremely goofy??
