Halo 2 New Maps (xbox 360) Options

has anyone been able to buy the new halo 2 maps for the 360?
please say if you could/couldnt and if your 360 is modded or not

Downloaded fine to both xbox 1 and xbox 360 the other night.
No issues whatsoever.

Both boxes are unmodded.

I haven't been able to yet... FW modded 360, Retail halo 2 disc, xbox live gold account... But my internet connection here is screwy as hell and I haven't even been able to play live in the last few weeks :/

From all the info i have gathered here is what i found out::::
Modded 360 = No go for maps
Unmodded = alright

Modded XBox 360, downloaded fine, I actually downloaded all the maps cos I never got around to using the MP disc on my 360, lol.

I was getting a problem with the top 2 in the list, I dropped out to my dashboard, had 5Gig left free on my HDD but decided to clear some stuff off, anyhow a couple of demos and videos deleted later and it downloaded the top 2 packs fine.

No Go here!

I did the Halo 2 update and it wiped out the other free maps. So I started downloading them in the order of release, and all downloaded fine.

However, the new maps wouldn't download, so I read the boards and everyone said.. keep trying, so I did.

And now I get the error that Installation Failed Contact Xbox.com... which is a B$ error.

So now, my 360 thinks I Have downloaded the content (even though it is not listed on my hard drive) and it won't download.

I was excited about the new maps, but this is frustrating me. If my credit card was charged for Maps that I never got, I will be pissed!

If you goto the Bungie.net boards there are mixed reviews, but Way Too Many People couldn't download the content.

Nvm i solved my problem
it took around a total of 1 hour and a lot pf patience

So I administered the push 'A' a buttload of times technique... I thought that if I was maybe standing on my head, or drinking a beer while trying (not recommending mixing those last two... I got beer on my shirt)... To no avail.
Where's the Major on this? If it was just a traffic issue, I'd think He might just say so....

P.S. I'm rolling w an unmodded 360. Has anyone been able to investigate a hardrive explore via pc for the new maps?

I have gotten the 2 .map files.
but unfortunately I am still one step away from getting it to work. XDVDMulleter for some reason did not make the iso as i had wanted it to. I am trying it now
