Ok, i got my blue/red led's from cooler guys.. Any of you that have gotten them remember which post on the led was blue and which was red?? There is a short a Medium and a long which is the middle/negative.. Anyone got a clue?? Thanks

uhh.. i just ordered mine too.. shiped a few days ago and are on their way.


I cant recal myself either.. just do a search, it was pretty recent.


Or hook up 3V to each side and find out for yourself quickly

When you look closely at the LED, you will see 1 side has a flat side. When you look at where you solder the LED to the board, you will see an outline of an LED showing a flat side. If you install the LED with the flatside in the positioin shown on the board, you will have a blue eject LED. If you do it backwards it will be RED

the shortest lead is the blue

i ordered 16 blue and blue/red LEDs from cooler guys. about 80% of the blues were more of a teal color than a true blue color dry.gif

Dood, all u gotta do is hook a 3v battery up to each side to see which side is which color (common sense i thought....). i ordered mine from there the other day and im waiting for mine to come in.

xBaNaNaEv0LuTiOnx - that sux that its more teal! i got some wicked deep blue 3mm and 5mm leds that im gonna use if the blue isnt blue enough for me. u sellin any of those?
