You have to get double digits (10+) in three different categories with one player. They include points, rebounds, assists, not sure of the rest but there are quite a few different things. Basically that's it, 3 categories (triple) 10+ (double digits).

Any one player has to get three stats in double digits. Say 10 rebounds, 10 points and 10 assists, minimum. Now obviously you can get more than just 10, that's just the minimum to get that player into double digits. Easiest way is to increase the quarter length and work with one player the whole game. Keep checking his stats to see where you stand throughout the game.
