XBM wont let me format my usb drive correctly... can someone please tell me what files need to be on my esb drive so i can just drag and drop them instead of going through the hassle of using the program so i csan just do it myself.

also if there is any modifications that need to be made to files please let me know...

you dont have the drive locked (write-protected) do you. format it with windows then try the program again if you havnt already done so
