My Older Dl Game Not Passed The Stealth Check ? Options

Hi you lovely people as you all aware the new spring update is on its way for the 360 and theres a new firm upgrade the xtreme53 just for the sammys which is excellent news and heard they are cracking down on the backup games and being able to detect within the update patch,I have a question some of my older version games that I owned are on shinny Verbatim disc and performed a stealth check and they havent passed ,they missing the PFI,DMI,SS files is this a huge issue and is it a risk when playing xboxlive and should i throw them away and only use if are fully stealth present? thanks and look forward to the replys.
