I would like to install either a blaster 360 or xeno top gear kit in one of my boxes. I read the blaster 360 wont work with the Hitachi 46 or 47 dricves. I have a couple questions:

1. Is there any truth to this, has anyone got the blaster 360 to flash a Hitachi 46 or 47 drive?

2. Does the Xeno Top Gear have the same problem?

I have been reading and searching for 4 hours now and I can not find the info I am looking for. The Xeno main site told me to ask that question here (not very impressed that they dont know the answer).

Anyway if someone has some input into this, it would be great.

personally i wouldnt bother get neither and just do it as uve probably read in one of the tutorials......i know the blaster, basically the blaster just makes it easier for the next firmware update i.e u won't need to open ur 360 up again..
