Help my backup does not work stop reading but the funny thing it read music CD fine can someone let me know if my laser may need cleaning and how to,i tried using a cleaning DVD but did not help.

do regular games work?

if so then you may not have flashed the drive correctly, or you may just be burning the games on cheap media, or may be using a crap burner.

Also it was working as of January 07 with any problems.

Also someone took an update a day before and used it all day Sat and Sunday it keep saying eject tray.
