Hi,

I got a flashed ms28 drive in the 360 i bought, at first it wouldn't recognise the discs at all , but after a new laser that message is all i get for all discs... i don't have the original firmware, is there anyway of getting one ? or using a orig.bin from another samsung and changing the key in it? or is it not the drive thats the problem ?

It sounds like the key is wrong in your firmware. Does it play DVD movies only? Without your original key you are kinda screwed unless you get a new mobo. What did you do with your original fw?

It plays dvd movies and audio cd's yes

I never had the original firmware, it was flashed when i got it, i did back up the firware before i changed the laser, just incase, but i guess if the key was wrong when i got it then it wouldn't be much use...
