Hello everyone I am thinking about holding a get together where 5 to 10 people whom are interested in moding there xboxes but are a little afraid to get started on there own could get together and give it a go. I have no knowledge besides what I have read on this site. I saw a segment on techtv recently that has got me really excited to mod my xbox. I am also looking for someone who knows what’s up to act as a teacher to come and attend. I am located in the central valley of California not to far from the bay area. So anyone interested shoot me an email and let’s get our xboxes moded. Any other ideas or recommendations are welcome

I think you're safe just to try it on your own. The people at this board are really friendly and always ready to offer help.

It took me 20 to 30 hours to mod my xbox. So, I don't know if one meeting would be enough. Sometimes things go wrong (not in a damaging way) that take hours to figure out.
