If anyone contact you, or makes a post with a NEW account, saying the Account Recovery Email thing didn't work etc, copy/paste them the following..
XS Account Recovery
“Forgotten Your Password?”
“Lost Your Cookie?”
The XS email server have been down and out for awhile now, and using the automated Account Recovery doesn’t work. To recover access to your account, send an email to the following account:
Email :"Currently Down"... use the automated Xs password recovery in the meantime. Should work.
Topic/title: account Recovery <YourXSAccountName>
In the body of the message, include as much info as possible about your account situation. Include the proper XS name of the account you are having grief with. Include the EMAIL account you used when signing onto XS originally, as it will be the ONLY account we use to help re-validate you. Also list any and all multiple/secondary accounts you created in order to contact us. (also.. make no further public posts with the extra accounts) I don’t want your potential resumed original account nailed by staff for multiple accounts, so be honest.
The turnaround process will take anywhere from 1-5 days. I will try and get to these issues in a timely manner.
