I'm using an SH-D162C with Kreon v0.81 on WinXP SP2. I have sucessfully (I guess <G>) read 3 of my 360 games. I am trying to use Verbatim DVD+R DL (but have also tried Imation DVD+R for the hell of it).

When I try to write with IMGBurn 2.3.2.0 (which says "found 1 DVD-Rom" in the log) says "No writer's detected" in the destination field.

When I try to write with XBCr 2.5 Build 0230 (which says "Found DVD-Rom SH-D162C") the write speeds are greyed out. Hitting CTRL-R shows "Media Type: Not Present".

Anyone have an idea???

dude your drive is just a dvd rom read only, that is what you need to copy it to the computer, then you need a seperate writer like pioneer 111d drive to burn it to disk. that is why you get that error.
