Ok my name is Timmie3000 on xbox live and i flashed my xbox360 and i am 15 years old so still a teen.
well a week befor Microsft started banning flashed xbox 360s i got grounded so i did not conect to xbox live yet because i know if i do i will be banned. well since i never conected to live am i banned or not ?. and theres ony 2 options that i know of rite now that i wont be banned upgrade to ixtream v 1.2 or un flash my xbox.

Just answer thes qustions

1. Am i banned from xbox live rite now even know i was never online since they started banning flashed concels.

2. will i be banned if i upgrade to ixtream v1.2

3 Will i be banned if i un-flash my xbox 360
