I just hope this EA guy who is taking his place doesn't force all the prices up and be greedy on like market place and XBLA.

i was thinking the same thing, EA seems to be pretty big on charging for EVERYTHING on the marketplace (referring specifically to the cases where they unlock data on the disc). i just hope this policy is someone else at EA and not this guy.
