Is There An Xbox Emulator That Runs Metal Slug 4 And 5? Options

Hi there, i have mame,FBA and kawa-X running on my 340GB xbox and on neither metal slug 4,5 and other big megabyte hungry games won't run on them.
Might be normal but i read kawa-x should be capable of running those files but not sure if it has to be in encrypted or decrypted state.
I don't have the Mamedox emulator (i have normal mame), should that make these files run?
Does anyone have or know how to make these bigger files run on an xbox?

I use FBA-XXX Pro and it runs Metal Slug 4 and 5 very nicely!

I use FBA-XXX Pro 1.28, not sure if the non-pro version supports these though.

Strange, i have pro and to be certain i downloaded your version and mslug 4 and 5 are listed when i scan for them but get error messages when i try to load.
Also tried the roms from different sources on this emu.

pro uses updated rom sets..

Propably You have wrong roms.

I use non-pro FBAxxx and MS4 & 5 work fine, check your roms against the DATs.

I selected generate DATS from the menu if that's what you mean but see nothing happening.
Anyway, i'm going to take a fresh start on this problem and install the FBAxxx pro emulator again (without the roms that i have now).
Gonna download a complete new romset i found called " Final Burn Evolution 3.04".
It is called evolution and not alpha but i hope this will be allright as it is the only one i could find!
I hope this one will be good as i allready downloaded a completete kawaks romset for my kawa-x emulator that took 2 days to download and still the bigger files like metal slug 4 and 5 won't run.
Was propably not a very good romset i choose as i have read that some are running all the kawa files in theirs.

I'm pretty sure that with every version of FBAxxx pro, an update romset is made as well, and for it to work you would need that romset. I use FBAxxx pro v.1.28 with that romset and things work nicely.

The final burn evolution torrent din't connect to start the download but now i found the fbaxxx pro 1.29 romset and is downloading.
It's 5,33 GB!!
Will take more then 2 days i think.

Should hopefully ok in the end.

Since when was there an FBA-XXX Pro 1.29?

The FAQ still states that 1.28 is the latest, and the usual source only has 1.28 to download.

As for generating DATS, once you've done that, you need to load the dats into romcenter or clrmamepro (they may need converting first for clrmamepro) and scan your roms.

Chances are the ones you have at the moment aren't 100% correct. It took me a while to find the correct mslug5 files but once I found the correct ones it worked a treat.

FBA-Pro XXX really is superb!

im having the same problem as well but just with metal slug 5. Does someone know a definitive way to make metal slug 5 work on fba-xxx not pro?? i can get it to show up but all this crap is missing, and yes i have the neogeo bios zip. Im missing actual other bin files even though i have all the roms!

Yeah, you could fanny around for a couple of days updating your roms using the DATS that come with the emulator with a rom renaming utility, which to my mind is a pain in the arse, or you could find yourself a nice big fat torrent somewhere in the sky, which includes the latest build and the compatible roms to go with it.

Problems again!

Now this is fully downloaded i can't seem to get the files in a specified folder to burn them.
I have to get them in a folder to seperate them and burn them on 2 DVD's as it's to big to fit one 1 DVD.
I have to open the FBAxxx pro romset folder with "magic iso maker", otherwise it won't open.
I have used the "try it" version, not commiting it to buy it.
When i open the roms folder there's only files which seems to be cps1 roms from A to C worth of only 250MB while i should have roms worth almost 5GB!
I don't know how to see them and extract them to folder.
It's really a pain in the ass.

Need desperately help please!
