This is getting ridiculous, whats the point of even owning the 360 console anymore, if games and xbl content are going to be available on pc to.
Console gaming has a social aspect. Console games are normally played in the living room, in front of a television, while sitting on your favourite comfy. You can invite a few friends over to grab a controller and share that comfy with you and have a great time together.
With a PC, gaming is solitary. You can't see, gesture at, or make snide comments to the people you're playing with because you don't know them. If you want to play with friends, you're limited to people who have a copy of the game you want to play and have an available computer at the moment.
Casual gamers, myself included, like the fact that console games will never become obsolete for their particular system. We don't have to constantly run the upgrade treadmill for a PC because of time constraints or budgetary consideration. As a student, I have neither the time nor money to spend to ensure my rig can run the latest games every 12-16 months.

Sweet, I hope that if you buy them on 360, you can play them on PC without buying them again.
Unlikely. A console->PC port (or vice versa) will always involve some degree of coding or QA before release. That money must be recouped somehow. There are also license considerations: unless the EULA explicitly states that purchase of a game for PC entitles you to a license of the console version of the same game.
