I recently installed the matrix chip on my xbox but I dont have the programmer because the person that sold it to me lost it. I don't know if its been flashed. I have it properly installed and it boots up fine when in mode 2 (always on the matrix bios). What I need help on is installing a bios and dashboard on my xbox using mode 4 of the chip utilizing the dvd rom drive. I've been reading around and if I understand right I need an ISO file but I cant seem to find it. If someone could provide some guidance here.

If I remember correctly you need a bios on the chip to flash the bios with the dvd player. You need to buy a programmer. This guy has one for a small price
