That's a bit late now. What were they doing using the GP as Guinea Pigs for their 360 venture.

Never too late to turn things around. People love the 360, and most people that had a hardware issue accepted the inconvenience of a hardware repair because of great software content. What did MS do to you to make you such a hater? I know you had some issue with them, care to elaborate?
