Cumberland mods is the best, had my Benq drive replaced with a Samsung. He had this done and shipped back to me in less than 24 hrs, also sent me a copy of the trracking number for the shipment. Included in the shipment was the firmware and cd key. He also answered all the questions that I had about the process immediately. This guy gets an A+ in quality and customer service.
