Lunar Eclipse! Like right now!

Started at 3:54AM.. won't be "completely" eclipsed until 5:52AM.

The moon will go from a "moon-dust gray" to a "sunset red".

I'm gonna go out and check on it like every 10/15 minutes.. I have nothing better to do.

Perhaps I'll attempt to snap a few pictures.

lol.

Sorry, but the pictures I took don't do the eclipse any justice.

I wish I had a beast telescope that could "take" pictures. That would be ballin'!

Anyone know when the next solar eclipse will be?

If you ask when the next one will be anywhere in the world, then that would be a fair question. The next time it'll be in your area can always take many years.

Here's a link to all the lunar eclipses. And if you live in Virginia it seems you're in luck because the next one in February 21 will apparently be north of Brazil, and it'll be a total one! After that it seems you'll have to wait a long time, especially for a total eclipse.

I doubt I can catch much of it from Sweden sad.gif
