This question may be old but I need it answered because I have been getting mixed messages. I need to know FOR SURE. So please make sure you know the answer to this. I have a modified firmware that is xbox live unsafe. I know if I put in a backup my Console will be banned within 1 day. The question is, will my account also be blacklisted?
