http://www.xe.com will give you a very good idea on other money is in your own! (Of course this only works for real conversions, not what companies just come up with.)

14,800Yen comes out to be around US$128.14, so like what elmo said, it will most likely be around the $150 mark.

It definately looks nice. But I can't imagine playing Ace combat with it. I have played the game and it just seems to arcady feeling for the realism of a flight stick and yoke. Maybe just the stick would be ok, but the yoke too seems a bit much. It is good to see them catering to the different crowds though.

Umm...That's a throttle my friend. Not a Yoke. A yoke (used in most passenger/cargo planes) basically performs the same functions as a stick (used in military jets).
Back on topic: I would only get these if they could be used in other 360 flight games AND on the PC. Looks like they probably will though as they are basically the same as the Saitek X36 combo and other sets they have made for earlier Ace Combat games.

I would imagine it would, but who has an old joystick port on their pc anymore? I don't get why they even put that interface on the controller. USB can do everything that type of connection can do and more....where do you even hook it up to the 360? lol

I think the parallel is just used between the throttle and the stick, whereas the entire assembly is connected to the 360 via USB.

i wonder if the original saitek x-45 set would work on the 360 , since this set is definetly based on that one .
