Hi. I have this xbox360, when I put the an original game or its backup it says reading then immediately back to Open Tray...I tried calibrating the laser but that normally applies to a DIRTY DISC error...can this be the cause of a bad flash?

It is a samsung dvd MS25...with no original.bin backup. Should I try to flash it straight away with the latest firmware ? Or any step by step procedure?
