You know, if you're going to enable the Tough Luck skull (1.5x multiplier), also enable the Cowbell silver skull. Though they will still dive away, you'll usually get them at least a little bit.

Is it me, or are the meta-game achievements ridiculously easy?

I did the whole campaign on normal with:

Tough Luck
Catch
Fog
Famine
Cowbell
Grunt bday party
and IWHBYD

Couldnt have been any easier.
