X-switch Buggered My Dashboard, Exo Gone, Xbox stalled Options

Hi Guys, not sure where to post this too be honest as it involves a few dashboards etc, so guessing this is the safest place, anyway, here goes:

For years now I have been using my Xbox as a media streamer, it's always gone to EvoX, then a few clicks and then straight to XBMC. Today I had the bright idea of seeing what was actually on my Xbox, found some software called X-Switch and stupidly decided to have my Xbox go straight to XBMC on boot up. Clicked the button, it rebooted and now I just get a black screen telling me:

XBMC Fatal Error, cannot find skins or keymap.xml.

It then shows the FTP settings (which are correct). SO I can at least connect to my Xbox via FTP, but I cannot boot it into any other dash. Is there a way for me to get X-Switch back on or revert to my previous settings.

Getting that feeling I wish I could go back in time 30 minutes now.

It is chipped, but no idea with what as I bought it like that, there are 3 little switches on the front and a small green light.
