We already showed you sample pictures of the Black Xenon360 replacement case some days ago, and as promised here are a few of the Crystal Clear edition.
It features the same textured plastic as the Black edition, which makes it look a lot like the Xbox1 Crystal LE Microsoft released in 2004 in Europe.
During installation of the case you can either leave or remove the top RF cage, for the pictures below I removed it so you can see the motherboard through the case.

I'm not a fan of clear cases, but that actually looks pretty nice. I just wish it didn't have that spot for the logo on it, especially on both sides. What's with the 4 "holes" surrounding the circle in the middle though? There's not enough clearance inside to install a fan there (that's the only thing I could think of), and even if you could it would be pretty useless.

The small spot in the middle is probably not done on purpose (from a design point-of-view) but it's probably where the plastic was injected during production.
A small jewel/sticker will cover that area, as soon as I know how it'll look like I'll let you know. (people who order case now will get jewel/sticker shipped for free when it's ready I saw told)

Congrats on the fine hard work Xenon. Very nice. smile.gif

Tho, the more I see different cases the more I like the standard white case. I almost wish I could put my Elite's guts in my Premiums case. The white just shows off the curves of the console a bit to me, and gives it that clean look. But the HDMI ports are keeping me from doing that.

Guess im just a lamer, lol.

An Elite will fit inside an HDMI premium's case. I bet you could easily find someone to trade with.

Yeah, you'd just need to dremel a small spot in the back for the hdmi port. I also don't normally like clear cases, but I think the textured look of it makes it look really good, not like the crystal clear ones. Like it was supposed to be on the 360 right out of the box, but that's probably just because it does look just like the LE case on the original xbox, which I also liked. I may just have to order one of these, along with the 360 laptop case when it comes out rolleyes.gif .

agreed, the more pictures i see of aftermarket cases, the more and more i like the original stock white for the 360....

now for the original xbox, my favorite is my xpod and then maybe the halo le, although i do have the crystal and blue cases as well...
