Will This Problem Require New Laser Pot Adjustment Or New Drive?, dvd drive error Options

do any of you guys know if the following dvd symptoms will require a new laser a dvd pot adjustment or a new dvd drive?

The problems I was getting was varied. I'd get "dirty or damaged disk" messages quite frequently (but only on the first attempt at playing, once it's going for an hour or so it's usually fine - even though the disc is in perfect condition) The most frequest problem was that after you insert a disc, you don't hear the drive spin up and it'll go to a screen asking you to put the disk in a 360 console or it would just not actually launch anything. You can usually get it working by ejecting and closing the tray repeatedly, or turning it on and off a few times.
