Hello, I am very new to this so here it goes. I have a "bad" samsung dvd drive (F/W ms25), I have bought a new samsung (F/W ms28) as a replacement. All I want to do is make it work, I am not interested in modding this xbox to play burnt games, or anything like that. Can I take the firmware from the original drive and put it on the new dvd drive? If so how? Please keep in mind that I am new to all this. Thank so much for your time and wisdom.
