New Theory On Bans Options

ok i have a new theory on the bans for modded firmware. but i need people to post 2 things and only 2 things on here, because i dnt want the thread being closed down. i dont want to know about games or what firmware you have.

My mate has a modded box. now just before the first wave came in his box had red rings of death. he got a new one and flashed and survived the first wave of banning. he then sold his xbox to me a few weeks ago so i had 2, and got a new premum with hdmi, flashed that one and so far has been safe. some of you might know what my theory here is but before i can at least count it credible i need to know 2 thngs

1- HOW LONG YOU HAD YOUR BOXED FLASHED FOR BEFORE BEING BANNED

2- THE DATE YOU GOT BANNED

if any moderators feel this topic is unsuitable i understand if you shut it down and hope i dnt get kicked from the forums.

REMEMBER NO DISCUSSION ABOUT GAMES OR ANYTHING JUST THE ANSWERS TO THE 2 QUESTIONS I HAVE.

I HOPE SOME PEOPLE WILL BE HELPFULL THANKS IN ADVANCED

Only about 3 weeks updated with Ixtreme 1.2
Not banned as yet

flashed out of the box on the day ixtreme 1.0 came out, upgraded to Ixtreme 1.2c MS25 spoofed to MS28
Banned on the 20th
Unbanned on the 22nd

is the case of banning consoles as simple as our schools network, we just add laptop id's to a list and it stops them connecting to our network. If so microsoft can easily undo their ban

thanks for your replys gentlemen, so far my theory is right but need a few people who could post that are banned

hi here you have info for 3 360's 1 is mine 2 my lil brother 3 friend of mine

1- bought somewhere between july and august flashed as soon as it got out of the box with xtreme firm
- got banned on wendsday or tuesday

2 - bought couple of months after launch also flashed out of the box with old xtreme firm
- still not banned survived both ban waves that lucky bastard

3 - bought also somewhere in july maybe even june also fglashed out of the box with old xtreme firm
- also banned dude couldn't play couple of days powerd on today without a game in it and got the bad news

also i could be something with games today it seemed it would almost log into live cause it took a while to get the message of couldn't sign in but it still failed cause i think it was because of the game i thought wasn't perfectly stealth
