Did the xclamp replacement on an xbox 360 which i have done about 40 times with success.

This time it worked fine tested a few games turned it off went to bed got back up to test one more time before giving it back and the thing turns on and gives no audio or video and no error lights either.

It doesn't go through the normal start up when the green light flashes around nothing happens just center green light comes on and you hear the dvd drive spin up if there is a disc in there.

Just sits like this.

Anyone have any ideas what would cause this or what the problem could be?
