-This version of NeoGenesis supports ROMs over 6MB. This supports Ultimate Mortal Kombat Trilogy. I tested it with the default skin at 1080i with filters. It ran great with no crashes. I don't know if this breaks anything else, so I would use this as a standalone version.

I got hold of this from another source, inside the sgenroms folder is the UMK3.bin file & a UMk3 (HACK 13)
PATCH 1 .exe file. Do I have to patch this?
Also, can I run all my Neogenesis games off this emu, or just UMK3?

The version I released did not come with a ROM. Whether the ROM you have is allready patched is anybody's guess.

This version supports all genesis/SegaCd/32x games the official build supports. It just adds support for larger ROMs.
