Yea it started around 6PM Eastern Time I believe, when me and all my friends were logged out of a Halo3 custom match simultaneously. We all go to school together and were on MSN within minutes and totally clueless about what happened. I have been having problems since.

Oh well, it is the holidays and I'm sure Xbox Live traffic is hitting peak numbers. I can always play some of my neglected single player games until the issue is resolved.

LOL....I was playing my store copy of Monster Jam with my son downstairs, which is the one modded box and my little theater...The boy loves the trucks man...lol...Then it disconnected and the tests fail, but no z code....So I tried the other UNMODDED boxes in the house and same thing...I was like....How did they ban all of them...LOL And I was right in the middle of downloading the new Halo maps too....Doh

It must be bad if it's posted as a news item here. There are outages all the time, but they don't get posted as news items unless it's severe.

yep, I was playing the FFXI expansion when I was randomly signed off about that time; I was actually still signed into FFXI though. I was thinking to myself, "so... they banned my brand new 360... fuckin great", logged off, did a connection test, and got some error code that apparently no one knows about. I googled it and got webpages in foreign languages jester.gif

It's probably from the huge influx of people that are off for the holidays.

hopefully they get the problem fixed soon... it's been 4 hours now mad.gif

We don't know exactly how widespread it is, but we got a big influx of users coming here to look for info scared they got banned.
