i am running avalaunch as my dashboard and want to install a bigger hard drive. i have flashfxp but it doesnt ever load the files on my xbox after it is connected so i cant make the backup on my pc can anyone tell me how to backup the xbox using a different ftp program.

What do you mean "it doesnt ever load the files on my xbox after it is connected?" Try a different ftp program like SmartFTP.
