Several forum threads recommended them for this. It's been 13 days since my shipment confirmation email arrived and I haven't received anything. I emailed them on day 11, since their maximum shipping time was 10 days. I haven't received a reply in 2 days. I also emailed them on day 12. No customer service whatsoever. If I don't hear from them by tomorrow I'm canceling the charge.
