Video Skipping In Dash & On Games Options

Hello... I don't know if anyone can help me out on this but here we go. I just put 2 games on my xbox from dvd2xbox. After i was done i went to the dash & i notice a studder in the BG video of Media Center & the RSS feed on the top. I didn't think to much of it at the time. There i boot up the games that i loaded up on the HDD & they have the same studder in the video as the dash. So i removed the games from my HDD thinking it would fix the problom, but its still there. My xbox was working fine untill i uploaded the game to the HDD. Has this happened to anyone else & is there a way to fix it. Besides reformting your HDD.

The HDD was formatted by a slayers disc. Thanks for any & all help with this problom.
