Hi,

I used the external bolts one.....I figured it would help more by allowing some heat to transfer to the metal shield/RF housing (whatever they call it). However I ended up also (in my situation) doing the 3 Penny fix so as to provide opposite force pressure to keep the motherboard from warping.... Lots to read on all these fixes...
