Don't joke - that's exactly what I'm doing; well, I'm writing directly to MS UK. I sent my non-modded RRoD 360 to MS for repair, it came back repaired but giving a strange WXYZ code when trying to connect to Live. Xbox support don't want to know, the 2nd/3rd line techs alternate between telling me it's a problem with my Internet connection (it isn't - I have another 360 that connects just fine, and I'm the Network Manager for a large company, I know my networking

) and that my box is banned.
If I push hard enough, support tell me to either mail xboxsup1 or xboxsup2@microsoft.com, which of course is a big black hole.
They barely speak English and lie through their teeth. Wish I'd thought of mailing billg (I've heard of people getting similar results with Apple and Steve Jobs), but a recorded delivery letter to MS UK is the best I can do for now. After that, maybe it's time for the small claims court?
