I was updating my dashboard to XMBC and it would boot but would get stuck at the tech logo. I figured something might have gotten corrupted so I decided to reflash my bios and this time specify the XBMC xbe (as opposed to having it launch avalaunch.xbe

So I tried flashing using the pc remote flasher and it find my xbox and I choose the bank to flash, only two progress bars show up and the process seems to stop.

I then tried doing it via http and when I click on the flash bios link nothing happens, nothing pops up or no other web page shows up.


Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I have the latest software version.

I found another way to reflash it but I'm still having the same problem with xbmc.
