What amount of time should i limit myself while playing game on a plasma? I can see the image retention on my screen after playing for 30mins, to prevent screenburn what amount of time should i avoid?

360 version: v3.0 (falcon)
if you have a white wash option on your tv then do it everytime you play a game for more than 10 mins or any kind of static image for that time do it befor you shut off the set
