hello,
I read the instruction from "auto installer deluxe" about making rom sets.
And I must say, its totally crap, I cant understand:
Making a folder, putting the roms in, make a zip file... wtf huh.gif ... more explanations would be cool.

Anyone to help?

I installed the Sega Genesis emu already.

1 - make ftp connection to your xbox

2 - extract neogenesis.zip to a directory

3 - copy that neogenesis directory into your xbox's emulator folder

4 - copy a rom into the roms directory (should be in your neogenesis folder)

reboot xbox and start emu, then load rom.

done!

roms don't have to be zipped but if you have allot of roms its advisable since it saves you allot of space.

you can basically put a rom anywhere you want on your xbox, but theres already a rom folder in your neogenesis emulator. not sure if you know how to ftp or burn an xiso image or not, you'll have to look that shit up yourself. you also want to make sure that the directory to point to the roms is set up right. theres an option in the emulator itself to change the default directory of the roms, use that and scroll through the folders on your xbox to where ever you put your roms.

Yay!
Everything works great,
and No i didnt know how to FTP, but now I know it.

Another question:
If I burn roms and emulator on a disc(first I will make it to xISO for sure), will the game loaded with emulator save properly?
And is there any tutarial how to make a disc of roms and "1" specific emulator(lets say, gameboy advance roms and emulator on a CD+R or watever CD format)

Saving SHOULD be normal, as long as you create the folder needed for saves in the E:\ drive. Make the new folder with your File Manager. NeoGenesis' default save folder is E:\SAVES\NEOGENESIS. So, if you're using UnleashX or XBMC, go to File Manager, then E:\ drive. Press the white or black button (can't remember), create a new folder called saves. Go into saves, and type in NEOGENESIS. That's where the default saves will be located, and you should be able to load from there also. I'm actually going to test this out now, so I can tell you if it works or not soon. I will be testing with ZsnexBox though.

first you need to get an xiso program, i used to use a program called simplexiso, you basically just right clicked on the folder and clicked on make xiso and it worked just fine for me.

to make a bootable disc, first make a folder and name it whatever you want, like dildo.
next, make another folder and put your emulator files in here
in the emulators folder make yet another folder called roms and put your roms in here

now you make your dildo folder into an xiso, if you use simplexiso just right click like i said and it should be as easy as that. you should end with with a file name dildo.iso or whatever you named it

now get a buring program like nero and "burn the image to disc" you don't want to write it like a data disc but burn the image to it.

if all goes well it should load up, and when you go into the emulator it should automatically make a save and screenshot folder and everything

also if you want you can use this disc to put the roms and shit on your harddrive by using a file explorer like dvd2xbox or the unleashx dashboard

i also recommend using a cd-rw in case you screw up, it took me a couple times the first time i did this to get it right
