there hasn't been a new post here in a long time, but i just picked this game up and am wondering whether or not the $35 i spent on it was worth it.

I got it recently and think it's OK for the price. You see some elements of the Final Fantasy series in it (same devs) and I like the jokes somehow although the german localization sucks. Weird voices blink.gif I'm playing for 30h now and left out a lot of sidequests and still I'm only on the start of disc 3. If I'd need to compare it to other games I recently bought it's the best.
The other ones being CoD4 and Simpsons. Both not much fun in single player.

i never even managed tro get through one disc of blue dragon, however in 3 days i am on disc 3 of lost odyssey, and i am really enjoying it., so if you were looking for a final fantasy style RPG i would possibly trade Blue Dragon in for Lost Odyssey.
