Game Blacks Out Options

So I got my copy of Army of Two today from Gamefly. Whenever I try and start the single player campaign it will load the training mode. I hear a voice telling me its a training mission with rubber bullets etc but there is nothing on the screen its completely black. I can hear sound effects when I press some buttons but there is absolutely nothing on screen. Anyone else run into this?
