i've got the halo edition 360(79fl Hitachi) cause my last xbox got RROD(47d), is it possible to swap the dvd drive out of the halo 360 with the old one to flash it without Chipping the drive?

No. You will still need to install a passkey chip in the 79 drive to extract the drive key from the firmware.
